Jeff Kushner serves as mentor/advisor to a number of organizations focusing on Finance, Leadership, and Marketing. Jeff serves in leadership roles including, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at Prospect Hill Academy. He is also Chairperson of GRIT Inc., a Boston based social venture that designs and builds mobility devices.

Prior to receiving his MPA from the Kennedy School of Government, Jeff held a number of leadership roles in the financial services sector, most recently serving as the CEO of BlueMountain Capital, Europe.Jeff also holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in History from University at Albany.
