Manu is Chief of Staff to CEO at Beacon Mobility, a national high needs transportation company. In her current role, Manu supports the company's executive leadership team overseeing cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic goals. In addition to that she also leads their Mergers and Acquisitions team working with the Chief Development Officer and manages key aspects of the acquisition process including building the pipeline, managing relationships with owners and leading diligence, closing & post-closing activities.

Prior to this role, she was the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Beacon Mobility within their Commercial Team supporting their growth and development process. In that role, she spent her time collaborating with other areas of the business to build, formalize, and execute Beacon's long-term strategy. Additionally, she was helping build strategic analysis and financial models to support strategic planning activities to support the growth plan of the business and working with the business development teams to help support the organic growth and client relationship workstreams.

Manu started her career at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance and then worked at KPMG as part of their Deal Advisory and Strategy team.

Manu grew up in India and moved to the United States in her 20s for work. She lives in the Greater Boston area and enjoys working with various non-profits in the surrounding community focusing on small business mentoring, mental health accessibility and educational and social development equity.

Whenever she has time, she loves going on walks with her spouse, watching sunsets together, and spending time outdoors with a book & music playing in her ears. Manu is a vegetarian and enjoys trying new cuisines and places to eat.
