Michael began his banking career in 2000 as a teller. He worked his way up through every position in the retail segment. He knew commercial lending was full time in his future, therefore he helped start the commercial lending program at Metro Credit Union, and later grew to a VicePresident and SBA Specialist at MutualOne Bank. 

His career path continued to grow when he was promoted to Senior Vice President at Avidia Bank. Today he continues to help many different business owners with creativity and integrity as a Senior Vice President Small Business Director at Needham Bank.
